Crynodeb
Our client is looking to recruit a part time On-Site Service Operative; based at one of their clients sites in the Middlesbrough area.
The working pattern will be:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 24 hours per week, 9am to 5pm.
The purpose of the role is to enhance the service provided by our client to their customers, taking on an active role in service delivery.
- Your key responsibilities in this role will be providing an on-site service to the end customer.
- Enhancing and adding value, working with a Laundry Operation and Delivery Services
- Liaising with the Customer, for the provision of service, problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Accepting delivery of goods
- Load clean items into the correct lockers
- Bagging up the used items ready for collection
- Monitoring stock levels
- Handling day to day enquiries
- Administration
Full training, uniform and equipment will be provided
- The right candidate will be reliable, punctual and self - motivated, be polite and well organised with the ability to use own initiative
- Have a Full UK/EU driving licence
- The ability to establish trust with customer
- Recognise the customer requirements
- Microsoft skills to work with data
- Handling customer complaints
