Crynodeb
Main duties and responsibilities: -Greeting patients at the reception desk -Answering calls from patients and responding to accuRx messages -Booking appointments into the clinical system -Providing support to our administrative teams e.g. performing workflow or document management tasks -Supporting the GP triage team with administrative duties. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate including Care navigation training.
