Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading logistics and shipping company in their search for FLT Drivers to work in their warehouse in Wrexham.
For the successful FLT Driver our client is offering:
• £13.58 per hour
• 4 on 4 off - 2 days 2 nights (7-7)
• Temporary to Permanent position
• Immediate inductions available
The role – FLT Driver:
To operate forklift trucks to transport finished products and packaging in a safe & controlled manner, ensuring there is no damage to the materials
Move finished products from production areas to internal / external warehouses
Provide quality inspection on all pallets to be moved
Supply the production department with the packaging requirements and pallets, return any foreign pallets and excessive packaging materials to stock
Removal of packaging from finished goods pallet to allow them to be fed onto the lines
Complete daily FLT safety checks & record in record book
What our client is looking for in a FLT Driver:
• In-date FLT Counterbalance License (in-house considered if proof can be shown) - ESSENTIAL
• Pass Drug & Alcohol Test - ESSENTIAL
• Punctuality & Reliability
• Professional attitude to work
• Experience within a fast paced warehousing environment - ADVANTAGEOUS
Familiarity of Health and Safety policy procedures & Hygiene rules and procedures
Key skills or similar Job titles:
FLT / Counter Balance / Fork Lift Truck
