Are you a hardworking and hands-on individual looking for a new challenge? TLP Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative/Labourer to join a well-established company in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity with excellent earning potential and a clear path for career growth.

Structured Work Schedule: Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday alternating shift pattern (6 AM - 2 PM / 1:45 PM - 9:45 PM), with occasional 8 AM - 4:45 PM shifts. Overtime is paid after 8 hours daily.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be a vital part of the team, primarily responsible for operating a large, automated metal pallet washing machine. This includes:
