Crynodeb
You will provide strategic, visible, clinical, professional and compassionate leadership, for nursing, AHP and healthcare science across the directorate. You will also provide high level specialist expertise for service transformation, strategic patient pathway review, patient safety, quality and experience, innovation, efficiency and performance that improves quality of care and patient outcomes, driving transformation through agreed improvement models. You will possess relevant professional qualifications plus additional specialist management knowledge, acquired through training and experience.
