About the Role
As a Care Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals maintain independence and dignity at home. Each day will be different – rewarding, impactful, and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Personal Care – Support with dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
✔ Medication – Assist with reminders or administering meds
✔ Companionship – Social support and friendly conversation
✔ Meal Prep – Ensure clients enjoy nutritious meals
✔ Mobility – Help clients move safely around the home
✔ Light Housekeeping – Laundry, tidying, and keeping spaces clean
✔ Emotional Support – Build trust and support client well-being
Requirements:
✔ Full UK driving licence + own vehicle (essential for community visits)
✔ Minimum 1-2 years’ care experience
✔ Compassionate, empathetic, and reliable
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Flexibility to work across various shifts (including evenings/weekends)
