Are you someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working in a close-knit team, and wants to do a job that has a positive impact upon peoples lives. My client, a respected and market leading company with a strong reputation within its sector, is looking for a Part-Time New Product Development (NPD) Executive/ administrator to join their innovative New Product Development team.

This is more than just a job - it's a chance to be part of a company that's improving lives through science-backed solutions.

About the Role

As an NPD Executive, you'll be at the heart of the product development process - helping to bring new ideas to life and ensuring they meet the highest standards. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Head of Product Research and a small, friendly team to support projects from concept to launch.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and events for the Product Research team
  • Managing external cosmetic and medical studies - from writing protocols to tracking progress
  • Preparing and maintaining essential documentation in line with ISO 13485
  • Setting up new parts in the IFS MRP system as Master Data Controller
  • Supporting quality systems and helping to maintain SOPs and work instructions
  • Proofreading packaging artwork and managing barcode allocations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's organised, curious, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You don't need to tick every box - if you're excited about the role and bring a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll likely have:

  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Experience managing technical or cosmetic evaluations
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Confidence using a range of computer systems

What You'll Get in Return

  • Competitive salary, reviewed annually
  • Annual bonus based on company performance
  • 25 days holiday (pro-rata), plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
  • Pension scheme with matched contributions (5%, rising to 6% after 5 years)
  • Life assurance at 4x your basic salary
  • Private health insurance via AXA PPP (after qualifying period)
  • Free daily lunch, plus tea, coffee, and refreshments
  • Free onsite parking
