Location: Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire
⏰Nights – Monday to Thursday, 8:00pm to 6:00am
£12.21 – £15.00 per hour (based on experience)
Minimum 1-2 years experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating and setting CNC machinery to produce high-quality components
- Performing regular quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and safe working area
- Reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
What We're Looking For:
- Previous CNC operation experience (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with technical drawings and precision measuring tools
