Are you passionate about helping others learn and grow?
We're looking for a dedicated individual to deliver and coordinate engaging training sessions, workshops, and blended learning activities for learners on the Health & Social Care route. You'll play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their full potential while ensuring compliance with the Welsh Government, awarding bodies, Estyn’s Common Inspection Framework, and ACT’s own standards.
No assessor qualification? No problem!
If you bring the enthusiasm and commitment to learning, we’ll support you every step of the way to gain your assessor qualification. All we ask is that you’re ready to inspire others.
The role is field based and will require the Assessor to deliver across routes, however, the trainer will be directly line managed by the Health & Social Care Route Manager.
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
