Crynodeb
You will work alongside another team lead to manage the Crawley Hub. You will work closely with all the team leads to develop ideas, be part of working parties and regular meetings. You will have 4-6 weekly Supervision with the Dep. Op and Dep Nursing Heads of Service. There is regular team lead peer supervision groups and a robust induction and support.
