Brightwork is recruiting Bakery Operatives in Glasgow.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £12.44 - £14.97 per hour
- Nights £14.85 - £18.76 per hour

This role offers both full and part-time positions, on a 4 on 4 off or Monday to Friday pattern. The hours of work are:

- 6am to 6pm
- 8am to 8pm
- 7am to 3pm

Your Time at Work

As a Bakery Operative you will be responsible for:

- Deliver the best possible production of our products in alignment with site and customer requirements and standards, ensuring this is maintained across the bakery environment.
- To have a high degree of accuracy; fulfil orders in an efficient manner.
- Operating and maintaining machinery within the factory as operationally required in accordance with food and health & safety standards and procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the working environment, following the cleaning best practice procedure.
- Completing all hygiene documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participating in customer visits and audits as required.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit due to some manual handling included in this role.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
