Senior Administrative Officer (SAO) 18 hours per week – 2 year fixed term contract
This is a dynamic opportunity to become part of the Community Integration and Partnerships Function, supporting the Regional Women’s Strategic Lead
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with initiative, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for empowering change. As a SAO, you'll play a key role in the Team through effective coordination and administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and maintain the ComFEE platform, ensuring pages are regularly updated and content remains current
• Distribute data reports to support decision-making
• Monitor Health & Safety risk assessments across Women’s Centres
• Format PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events
• Accurately take meeting minutes and maintain action plans to track progress
• Manage diaries and coordinate schedules across teams and functions
• Organise travel arrangements efficiently for staff as required
Work flexibly to meet the evolving needs of the function
