Role:
You will take management responsibility in ensuring the academy develops systems and processes that maintain a high standard of premises management and maintenance.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will take a lead role in health & safety compliance across the academy and ensure staff are appropriately trained where required.
You will effectively lead and manage contractors and capital works ensuring work is carried out to the work specification and delivered within agreed time parameters.
You will also take line management responsibility for the site team including managing performance, allocation, and monitoring of work, and establishing high standards of expectations
