This is a great opportunity to join a growing, family biased business in a pivotal role.
The Service team co-ordinator is the primary customer contact for both the service hotline and the service email inbox. The service team co-ordinator manages the service engineering team of approx 12 engineers daily schedule, ensuring that breakdown's and service jobs are entered onto our booking system, customers are kept up to date with booking progress and that engineers are matched to customers requests by skillset and geographical proximity. The Service Team Co-ordinator will also manage spares and repair parts storage and labelling for jobs. Ensuring that cost of parts is added to service jobs prior to invoicing. The service team co-ordinator also produces quotes for service contracts and purchase orders for parts required by engineers and also manages the service team spares stock. This is a customer facing role where professionalism and the ability to work under pressure are paramount. A good working knowledge of the UK road network and geography would be an advantage.
