As a Security Ambassador you will be responsible for providing a responsive, effective and efficient security service. You will work proactively across university sites with key stakeholders to deter and minimise crime and incidents, and their effects on the University community.

The ability to work unsupervised including planning and prioritising own workload, and dealing with conflicting demands is essential, as the post involves an element of lone working.

You must have previous experience of working within an environment of regulations and procedures. You will also have experience of using a range of IT systems including Microsoft Office.

You will be contractually enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) – one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.
