Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £63,154 - £68,941 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To support the delivery of the programme of work to realise the objectives and targets as described in the Corporate Solutions Portfolio of the Highland Council delivery plan, specifically the Future Operating Model Workstream. Supporting the Chief Officer (Place) to ensure effective governance and implementation of the programme and liaising with a wide range of internal and external partners.

Requirements
Evidence of higher education and qualified to degree level, in a relative subject.
Evidence of a continuing commitment to personal development.
Willing to be flexible about travel for work and training purposes.
This position is classified as a regulated role. As such, an Overseas Criminal Record Check may be required depending on your nationality and recent residency history. Specifically, this check will be necessary if you do not meet both of the following criteria:
- You must be a national of the United Kingdom or one of the following countries: Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Greece, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, or Poland.
- You must not have lived or worked in any country outside of the UK or those listed above for a period of three months or more, while aged 18 years or over, within the past five years.
