What skills and experience we're looking for
As an Apprentice Receptionist and Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school’s front office and administrative functions. This includes welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing emails, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a busy educational environment, developing essential communication, organisational, and IT skills while working towards a recognised qualification. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, proactive, and eager to learn in a supportive team setting.

Duties to be undertaken: -
• Front of House including answering phone, taking messages, and dealing with general queries.
• Attendance.
• Updating MIS.
• Admin Requests.
• Letters and reports for Headteacher and SLT.
• IT Skills.
