What you'll be working: Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. What you'll be doing: Lead and manage a skilled Physiotherapy team, including Band 7s, Band 6s, Band 5s, assistants, and students, fostering a supportive and high-performing culture Deliver and oversee specialist, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for adults with acquired brain injury and complex neurological conditions Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and development opportunities for your team, supporting their growth and maintaining high clinical standards Work collaboratively within a dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT), contributing to integrated care planning, goal setting, and patient reviews Oversee the coordination of physiotherapy input, from assessment through to discharge, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes Embed reflective practice, clinical governance, and outcome measurement into everyday practice Contribute to service development through research, audit, and innovation, supporting Blackheaths vision of being a leader in neurorehabilitation Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders, ensuring a joined-up and compassionate approach to care Play a key role in training and educating colleagues across the MDT on physiotherapy principles, interventions and best practice.
