PPM Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Multi skilled Operative for contracts across Halifax.
Working on social housing.
Duties include
- First and second fix plumbing
- Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring.
- Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling.
- Patch Plastering.
- Installation of a shower tray.
- Tiling of walls.
- Installation of a bathroom suite including WC, WHB and Mixer showers.
- Painting and decoration to a decent standard.
- Radiator installation including draining down and re-filling systems
The ideal candidate would be qualified in Joinery or Plumbing
