Recruit4staff are representing a leading facilities management business in their search for a Project Site Supervisor to work in Knutsford
Job Details:
• Pay: £29 per hour
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8-5
• Duration: Contract (6 months)
Job Role: You will be the on-site representative, overseeing day-to-day contractor activities and ensuring all works are delivered in line with the project scope. You'll ensure contractor adherence to site health and safety standards, conduct or oversee site inductions, validate contractor documentation including method statements, and monitor compliance with original project specifications.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
• Supervising underground utilities maintenance works
• Previous experience of supervising external contractors
• Supervising construction or infrastructure projects
• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• HSG47 Units 1 and 2
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
• Good knowledge of CDM Regulations
• First Aid certification
• Experience of conducting stakeholder meetings
