As a Stock Control Supervisor, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Daily management of the stock team, as well as training, holidays and sickness
• Ensuring stock accuracy and minimising losses, through daily inventory checks
• Taking responsibility for health & safety
• Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner
• Making sure that all processes are followed for destruction and returns
• Liaising with other departments for stock related concerns
We’re looking for a Stock Control Supervisor with the following skills and experience…
• Pharmaceutical experience is preferrable, but not essential
• Experience managing teams, including appraisals, disciplinaries etc
• Some experience with warehouse management systems e.g Blue Yonder
• Good computer skills – Excel skills would be an advantage
• Ability to motivate staff and be a confident communicator
• A Scissor Lift license or willingness to learn
In return, the successful Stock Control Supervisor will receive a salary of £33,600, plus the following benefits…
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
