Crynodeb
Undertake all Heating & Plumbing works including new installations and repairs /services as necessary.
To undertake an assessment of repairs reported by customers, to diagnose the fault and provide information that will enable a decision to be made on the best and most cost-effective course of action to resolve the problem.
To plan and organise workload to maximise productive time and ensure the best service to customers.
This includes dealing with urgent and emergency repairs and ensuring, as far as practicable, that all appointments and targets are met.
Qualified to City and Guilds/ Gas Service Engineer standard and hold appropriate ACS certification CCN1, CENWAT, and CPA minimum CKR1 and HTR1 is preferable but not essential.
Good understanding of current legislation, building control requirements and governing body requirements
Experience in similar position; with Heating boilers, central heating, piping, plumbing, valves.
Must be a reliable individual.
Open to potential extra hours.
UK Driving License.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK.
To drive a company vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 6 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
