Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members. Schedule appointments and manage the practice diary efficiently. Handle patient queries and provide information about our services. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Assist with administrative tasks as required by the practice team.
