Crynodeb
To become a member of the SHSC eating disorders team providing a specialistcommunity service to work with service users across South Yorkshire. The SheffieldEating Disorders Service covers South Yorkshire (Sheffield hub and regional spokeswithin Barnsley, Rotherham & Doncaster). The professional will be expected toattend planned clinics across South Yorkshire to deliver care close to patients home.In addition to planned clinics there may be occasions when colleagues are expectedto meet with patient in other settings i.e. inpatient setting to support person-centredcare planning. To work in partnership with service users and other agencies toensure effective liaison and communication.
