Job Introduction
As a MSO Security Officer at IBF WELSH BCP, Holyhead
You will play a critical rolein maintaining a secure, safe, and positive environment for all employees,visitors, and clients. This position requires a dependable individual whocan remain alert, enforce site protocols, and respond effectively to varioussituations. You’ll be a visible presence on site, combining vigilance withexcellent customer service to support Sodexo’s commitment to operationalexcellence and safety.
- Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties of he highest level.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring customers are consistently informed throughout the process.
- Provide assistant to clients, contractors and visitors ensuring all site procedures and polices are adhered too.
- To liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents and providing information to support.
- Continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to the correct procedures.
- Maintaining site records such as reference materials, incident forms and site occurrence book.
- To develop excellent working relationships with our on site client.
What You Will Bring:
- Avalid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence– essential for this role.
- A strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Good observational awareness and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative when needed.
- Basic IT skills and confidence using security systems, radios, or reporting tools.
