Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
•
Identify and approach potential clients for business partnerships.
•
Achieve sales targets across various service lines: recruitment, training, job support, and internships.
•
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
•
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients and candidates.
2. Recruitment Services
•
Work with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs of clients.
•
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
•
Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of recruitment services.
•
Generate leads from companies looking for staffing solutions.
3. Training & Development Registrations
•
Promote technical and soft skill training programs to individuals and corporates.
•
Assist in building training packages tailored to client or candidate requirements.
•
Collaborate with the training department to understand offerings and update clients accordingly.
•
Follow up with leads for registration conversion.
4. Technical Training & Internship Services
•
Market internship opportunities and coordinate with training departments for curriculum delivery.
•
Guide students and fresh graduates on suitable training/internship paths.
•
Partner with educational institutions and training partners to expand reach.
5. Job Support Services
•
Explain job support services for working professionals or job seekers.
•
Match client requirements with appropriate support personnel or trainers.
