You will have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a range of people on a day to day basis Administrative experience in a busy, customer facing environment Flexible approach to work Excellent customer services skills Excellent telephone manner Ability to work as part of a team Good organisational skills You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
