Are you confident on the phone, persuasive, and passionate about helping people? We’re looking for a Telephone Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing online business and be the voice that connects us with our customers!
This is a phone-based role where you'll be handling both inbound and outbound calls, combining excellent customer service with a keen eye for sales opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
☎️ Handling incoming calls—answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
Making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, introduce products, and close sales.
️ Promoting products and identifying customer needs to offer the right solutions.
Processing orders, updating customer records, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Building strong relationships with customers and leaving a lasting positive impression.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a natural communicator with a friendly, confident phone manner. You enjoy speaking with people, are driven by results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is a plus—but if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll support you with training.
