Link3 Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic, committed, and flexible English Literature Teachers to join our growing team of supply staff, working across secondary schools in Coventry and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Literature from KS3 through GCSE to A-Level

  
  

• Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that inspire students

  
  

• Demonstrate strong classroom presence and behaviour management

  
  

• Support pupils of varying abilities to reach their full potential

  
  

• Assess progress and provide meaningful feedback

  
  

• Uphold school policies and contribute to a positive school culture

  
  

  ✅ Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

    
    

  • Specialism in English Literature

    
    

  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (including GCSEs and A Levels)

    
    

  • Confident behaviour management and a positive, professional presence

    
    

  • A genuine passion for education and making a lasting difference

    
    

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
