Melanie’s Florist is a busy, vibrant shop in Castleford, and we’re looking for a talented florist with flair, creativity, and a true love for flowers to join our team.
What We’re Looking For:
A fully trained florist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Someone who brings inspiration, confidence, and reliability
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure
Strong customer service, telephone, IT, and social media skills—these are a key part of the role
A friendly face who enjoys the hustle and bustle of busy shop life!
A clean driving licence preferable
About the Role:
Full-time, 5 days a week, including Saturdays
28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)
Minimum wage pay in line with age and experience
Pension provided via NEST
3-month probation period
Flexibility is essential—particularly during busy times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, weddings, and staff holidays, when extended hours will be required
