Location: Paddington
Days: Monday - Friday
Monday 5.30pn-10.00pm
Tuesday - Wednesday & Thursday 5.00pm -10.00pm
Thursday Friday 6.00pm -10.00pm
We\\'re currently recruiting full time Cleaning Supervisor to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Government Services contracted to 23.5 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaning team, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. If you\\'re a committed Cleaning Supervisor looking for a role you\\'ll shine in, we\\'ve got the position for you.
Your key responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
- Producing weekly rotas following the manager\\'s guidelines
- Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
- Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
- Complying with Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will:
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
- Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
- Team player and can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
