Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through diligent record-keeping practices
Safety and Compliance:
Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards to the Home Manager.
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including regular testing of fire alarms and conducting fire drills

Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
