An exciting and challenging opportunity exists for a Band 4 Team Leader to join the Central Booking Service (CBS) to support the Neurodevelopmental Pathway Team

We are looking for an individual with a professional attitude and dedication combined with experience in people management.

Our Service Operating hours are from 08:30 to 16:30 The service is currently based at Gee House, Nechells.

This role will also involve Admin and Operational Support to the Management Team

Key responsibilities of the CBS Team Leader
• To support with the Line Management of part of the Children in Care and Education Health Care within CBS
• To support the implementation of new systems/processes within the Team
• To monitor compliance with the new processes
• Manage staff performance, ensuring workloads, resources are effectively managed.
• Act as an escalation point for service user issues.
• Conducting 1-1 catch ups with the members of your team regularly/PDR's.
