Crynodeb
A local specialist pharmacy team has a great part-time opportunity available for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant in North London.
The team works closely with healthcare providers across the area to optimise pharmacy care for their patients, with a particular focus on mental health care.
As a Counter Assistant, you will assist the team (which includes Pharmacist, technical and dispensing staff) in providing a high-quality specialist pharmacy service.
You’ll help ensure pharmacy processes (including prescription requests and stock management) are running smoothly and enquiries are handled appropriately and promptly, so that all pharmacy care provided is as safe, effective and efficient as possible.
Clinical / mental health pharmacy experience is not essential for this role; training and development will be provided.
This is a permanent, part-time role for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant, mornings only.
Person specification:
• (Essential) Previous experience as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant
• (Desirable) A relevant pharmacy services assistant qualification
• (Desirable) Experience working within a high-volume pharmacy
• (Desirable) Clinical / mental health pharmacy experience
