About the Role:

Blue Recruitment Personnel is seeking reliable, hard-working Labourers for a variety of temporary assignments across London.
This is your chance to join a dynamic team, gain valuable site experience, and play a vital role in delivering some of the city’s most exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Following health and safety procedures and site rules
- Supporting with basic demolition, groundwork, and site preparation
- Carrying out any other general labouring duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Labourer on construction sites (preferred but not essential)
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Punctual, reliable, and physically fit
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
