Our client is an Automotive friendly, long-standing team and they are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor in the Ipswich area.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £28,000.

Duties:
- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
Responsibilities:
- Preferable to have previous experience within a Main Dealer environment.
- Confident at operating software systems such as Kerridge/CDK.
- Proactive mindset, and a burning desire to succeed.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
