AraGla Ltd is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Goods In and Out operative to become a key member of our warehouse / production team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the goods in and dispatch process, ensuring that orders are picked, assigned, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet our customer demands.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Accurately check in and pick goods in accordance with delivery notes, purchase orders and order specifications, ensuring all items are correct and in good condition.
Efficiently QC and pack products for dispatch, ensuring that all orders are securely packaged to prevent damage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to health and safety standards.
Assist in inventory counts and stock management to ensure accurate tracking of goods.
Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to the team leaders promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory as full training will be given.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate inventory management.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Basic computer skills to operate warehouse and production schedule management systems.
Physically able to lift and move products safely.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
