Further details about the role
We are currently looking for language tutors who can teach either French, German and/or Italian up to Advanced Level. We offer adult language courses to Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate and Advanced learners and the successful applicant may be required to teach one or more of these courses from October 2025 (depending on student numbers). N.B. These positions are face to face delivery only. The ability to teach two of the above languages would be advantageous. We are also keen to hear from language tutors who can teach any other languages to add to our register of MFL tutors. Reporting to the Head of Faculty: Languages and Society, you will teach on an appropriate range of language classes, as negotiated. Whilst reporting for specialist curriculum issues and day-to day operational purposes to the Head of Faculty, language tutors may also need to report to the Sports Centre Manager for administration issues.
