Crynodeb
To perform Adult ECGs in a variety of situations, including both inpatient and outpatient settings. To perform Paediatric ECGs in urgent cases on the ward. (training will be provided based on experience). To competently perform resting and ambulatory ECG and BP recordings including event recorders. To identify abnormal recordings and bring to the attention of senior colleagues. To complete local competency training in ECG interpretation. To assist the cardiac physiology team with patient set up for ETT and ExEcho. To perform all administration tasks as required, to facilitate booking and scheduling patient appointments. To maintain close liaison with medical, technical and nursing staff.
