The Governors, staff and children of St Mary’s CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced Early Years Lead to join our friendly, inclusive and committed team.
Our pupils are welcoming, diverse and eager to learn. They require an Early Years Leader who will nurture their potential, champion high standards and bring out the best in every child.
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to lead our Early Years Foundation Stage with vision, creativity and commitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner who wants to make a lasting impact at a key stage of our children’s education.
The ideal candidate will:
- have proven experience of delivering high-quality Early Years education.
- demonstrate outstanding classroom practice with a deep understanding of child development.
- be passionate about early learning and committed to giving children the best possible start to their education.
- show strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, support and develop others.
- work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team and contribute positively to our whole school ethos.
- support the Christian values and inclusive vision of our Church school.
