Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
- Follow health & safety, hygiene, and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is an advantage but not essential - full training provided
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Ongoing, full-time work with the potential for permanent employment
- Shift patterns include:
- Monday to Thursday; 7:00am to 17:00pm
- On-the-job training and a supportive team environment
