The Best Connection are looking for Cleaners for our client based in Chesterfield.
As a cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring shared spaces such as corridors, stairwells and bin areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents. Working as part of a dedicated team, your role is vital in helping us deliver a clean and welcoming environment for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweeping and mopping communal areas
- Cleaning doors, skirting boards, walls, and handrails
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Removing litter and reporting any hazards or repairs
- Safe use and storage of cleaning products and equipment
- Completing daily cleaning checklists and reports
- Experience in commercial or residential cleaning (preferred)
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of COSHH and basic health & safety practices
- Friendly and respectful attitude towards residents and colleagues
- A UK Driving licence is preferred
- Regular daytime hours, Monday to Friday
- All cleaning materials and uniform provided
