The Best Connection Kidderminster are recruiting ongoing Day shift Production Operatives for our long time Manufacturing Client in Kidderminster. The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday each week and the opportunity to work overtime when available which is paid at an increased rate and a chance of becoming permanent after a 12 weeks trial period. Pay Rate & Hours:
- £12.48 all standard hours
- £18.72 after 8 hours worked each day
- £18.72 per hour for weekends and Bank Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 till 16:30
Responsibilities of the Production Operative:
- Working in a small team
- Working on a production line
- Manufacturing metal waste bins
- Assembling wheels and lids onto bins
- Quality control and checking bins
- No experience is necessary as full training will be provided
Requirements of the Production Operative:
- Attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills
- Good accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to work to target
