Join Our Logistics Team at The Compleat Food Group!
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Operative to join our logistics team at our fantastic
site in Palethorpes!
In this role, you will play a key part in the smooth running of our logistics function. This is a hands-on position involving a
variety of tasks, including picking, putaway, stock management, loading outbound vehicles, and unloading deliveries. It's an
active and dynamic role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping operations moving
efficiently.

Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Friday 14:00 to 22:00
Your Duties Will Include:
* Accurately pick and assemble customer orders to meet delivery requirements and customer expectations
* Ensure all outbound loading is completed with precision and meets the required standards
* Maintain a high level of quality awareness throughout all tasks
* Handle and pick product variants with care and accuracy
* Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility in line with company H&S policies
* Operate within company policies relating to quality, food safety, and legislative standards
Your Skills and Experience:
* Counterbalance license
* Reach Truck License
* PPT License
* Appropriate level of Factory stock management system capability
* Be comfortable dealing external drivers
* Possess a high level of numeracy with an eye for detail
* Able to work unsupervised and remain productive
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics role is an advantage
