The award-winning show sells out within hours each year and welcomes over 170,000 guests to its 30-acre magical forest each season, including the likes of Elton John and members of the Royal Family.
Guests journey through a theatrical world, passing through five uniquely themed, interactive performances that blend storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder. This 4.5 hour live, walk-through adventure offers families an unforgettable experience.
The Role
As a Back of House Assistant, you’ll support the magic behind the scenes. Working in either the Toy Factory or Mother Christmas’ Kitchen, you’ll help prepare the experiences guests enjoy by assembling and packaging items with precision and care. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team, ensuring everything is ready on time and to a high standard.
- Assemble, package, and label products according to production guidelines
- Monitor the production line to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify and correct defects in materials or finished products
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Work closely with team members and Stage Management to keep things running smoothly
- Adhere to safety rules and quality standards at all times
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to lift up to 12kg
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding environment
LOCATION:
Ascot, Whitmoor Forest, SL5 8BD (free shuttle service provided from Ascot station)
KEY DATES:
- Paid Training: Training will take place on select dates between late October and early November 2025 (mandatory)
- Live event: Thursday 6th November – Wednesday 24th December 2025
