Crynodeb
The key aspect of the role will be as follows: Improve utilisation of pathways Education of staff regarding new pathways Work with external colleagues to generate new pathways Represent the interests of EMAS at multiple forums Provide ideas and policy input to improve hospital avoidance This role is flexible in nature and will be based between home working and fixed EMAS sites. An expectation to complete 1 x clinical shift per week as an operational clinician.
