Purosearch are currently working with a developing care provider based in the South East who are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee their medium sized care home which specialises in elderly and dementia care.
My client are looking for a nurse registered Manager who specialises in elderly, dementia care and who has experience of achieving 'Good' CQC ratings.
The ideal candidate:
- Registered Manager qualification
- Experience of business development
- Good CQC knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
