Caredig In-House Maintenance Team

Driver/labourer

Work as part of a team providing a vital service to Caredig’s Tenants and InHouse Trades team. This will include carrying out minor maintenance, works to empty homes, general cleaning, assisting members of the trades team with manual handling and removal of rubbish and waste, assisting with removal of fly tipping from Caredig sites & performing health and safety checks and reporting repairs.  You will be working remotely with the team at sites across the local area, both indoors and outdoors maintaining and improving Caredig properties
