About the RoleAs a Graduate Trainee Teacher of English, you'll be embedded within a high-performing English department where you'll build your classroom skills with increasing responsibility across the academic year. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting with planning and delivering engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a graduate who is:

Holding (or expected to achieve) a 2:1 or above in English Literature, English Language, or a related field

Confident in communication, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills

Experienced working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) – desirable but not essential
