Job Description:
InEn is looking for a motivated and dependable General Operative to join our expanding team. This is a hands-on, site-based role working across utility and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and keen to develop within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with site setup, clearance, and general labouring
• Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
• Support tradespeople such as pipefitters, painters, and groundworkers
• Maintain clean, safe working areas at all times
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
• Experience in a construction or utility environment (preferred)
• Valid CSCS or EUSR card (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel to various sites
• Physically fit, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work away from home when required
